My Why
Calling
My journey started in event production, and it was there that I discovered my love for building structure behind the scenes. That heart to serve women founders growing and scaling their businesses led me into operations, and eventually into organizational development and team training.
Impact
Everything I do is rooted in the belief that when Black women are supported with the right systems, resources, and opportunities, we don’t just survive; we thrive. My work exists to create that space, intentionally and unapologetically.
