My love for events began on the South Side of Chicago at the Parkway Ballroom, and that spark still drives the work I do today.
I help people and organizations move from ideas to impact by guiding them through complexity with intention, insight, and care. I love seeing teams come alive when they understand their purpose and potential, and I thrive on creating systems and programs that make that possible.
Whether I'm facilitating a vision-casting session, producing a 12-city tour, or designing a workforce development program, my goal is the same: to help organizations grow with purpose and for the people behind them to feel confident, capable, and empowered every step of the way.
Producing complex, multi-stakeholder community programming and civic engagement from concept through execution.
Building the systems, workflows, and governance frameworks that give organizations a foundation to scale on.
Moving deeper into the work that lights me up most: designing programs that develop people, strengthen teams, and build organizational readiness from the inside out.
Helped establish the operational foundation for the organization. Developed process documentation, training resources, and knowledge retention systems. Facilitated vision-casting with senior leadership and authored the housing readiness program manual.
